Every Monday morning at 7:30am you can join Erica for a Live Yoga for Vitality class. A 45 minute session designed to offer a strong start to the week.

An accessible yet dynamic practice to move stagnant energy up and out of the body, to fire up and awaken the body systems and clear the mind. Followed by restorative stretching and meditation to seal the practice leaving you ready to move forward with clarity, intention, and a strong sense of self. Welcoming all levels of ability!

One of the many powerful benefits of our yoga practice is cultivating presence and awareness. Flow & meditate is a mindfulness meditation in motion – as you move through a Vinyasa Yoga flow, you’ll focus on linking your breath to your motion as a mean of connecting to the present moment.
Slow the mind to refocus, feel grounded and connected as you break from the busy-ness of your day.
