WORK MEETS BALANCE
Corporate Yoga classes are a great way to improve workplace morale, increase productivity and bring everyone together to do something fun as a group. Yoga can be a welcome break to a busy work day or a relaxing way to de-stress at the end of the day. We can tailor all classes depending on your requirements (e.g. chair yoga, desk yoga, floor based and postural alignment yoga, meditation and breathing techniques for reduces stress, improved focus and concentration etc.).
Alternatively we offer early morning, lunchtime Anti-Desk and post work classes at our beautiful City Centre Studio.
Remember, we are your home away from home when you need somewhere to switch off and unwind!
