A special invitation to join Erica & Esme on this Yin & Sound infused journey where you’ll be guided to breathe light into the dark spaces.
This workshop is designed to help you adjust to the shorter and darker days with ease as the clocks ‘fall back’ by one hour.
This is a unique opportunity to de-compress and appreciate the quiet moments. An invitation to flow into stillness, maintain a sense of warmth and openness as you go within, and help the body find a new rhythm.
REDUCED DAYLIGHT AND THE CIRCADIAN RHYTHM
During this shift. there’s a good chance fatigue, fogginess, and restless energy in the evenings will set in; the time change often can contribute to physical, mental, and behavioural problems, creating disharmony in the circadian rhythm*.
However, if we are able to align our circadian rhythm, we can maximise our health span, mental alertness, immunity, awareness, and physical strength.
*A circadian rhythm is any biological process — physical, mental, or behavioural—that follows a roughly 24-hour cycle, and is regulated primarily by sunlight, darkness, and temperature.
To help our bodies adjust to this new “clock,” we will focus on floor based yoga poses that move the energy of the liver and gallbladder channels, calm our minds, and clear any stress from our day. A stimulation of the kidneys through compression, will also assist the secondary system of circadian rhythm management: the adrenals.
ALCHEMY SOUND BATH
Bliss out and bathe in the beautiful tones of the alchemy crystal bowls. A blend of quartz crystal , precious metals , gemstones and minerals. Together , they create a pulsating heavenly frequency the body, mind and spirit welcome with open arms. The waves of vibration work in harmony with our endocrine system bringing us back into alignment with ease.
The crystals and minerals we’ll be working with support both the adrenals and the thyroid. Bringing us to a deep state of calm and relaxation as we dissolve the stress stored in our bodies, creating space for love , joy and compassion. Perfect for the dark nights ahead.

Drinking Turmeric cacao will support our practise helping us relax, while lowering our stress levels and lifting our mood.
WHAT YOU MAY NEED
– Although all equipment is available at the studio and can be provided, we encourage you to bring your own Yoga mat, bricks or blocks for supported Yoga poses.
– A small blanket and comfortable, cosy clothes.
– We’ll include an element of letting go and intention settings before and after movement and sound practise – You might like to bring a journal and/or any items of meaning such as crystals, comforting images, essential oils etc.
